Mangahei Bungalow is a lovely three-bedroom self-catering holiday property situated on a former dairy farm in the small village of Berrier. Perched on a hill, guests will love the tremendous views of the farm and the Pennines.
The location is ideal, too, just an 11-minute drive from the M6, a 16-minute drive away from Keswick, and a 16-minute drive from Pooley Bridge & Ullswater, so it is perfect as a base to explore the wider Lake District National Park.
The self-catering bungalow has been refurbished throughout. Access from the large paved parking area into the spacious hallway off-of-which is the spacious living room with comfortable seating, a wall-mounted flat-screen Free View TV and the fabulous log-burning stove. The large east-facing window is a picture with splendid views!
Opposite the living room is the large kitchen and dining area, separated by the breakfast counter. The kitchen is well-equipped with pots, pans, crockery, cutlery etc. Off the kitchen is the WC, utility room, suitable for storing walking gear or bicycles, and the door to the rear garden and patio with a hot tub.
The house bathroom is decorated with lovely slate tiles and features a walk-in shower, basin and loo, and three bedrooms.
Other properties on Whitbarrow Farm: Kiwi Pod, Tui Pod, Pukeko Pod, Huia Pod, Mangahei Bungalow, Cross Fell Static Caravan & Pennine View Static Caravan.
Please note: There is a weekly (or part thereof) charge of £100 for the hot tub.
