Meadow View is a beautifully decorated two-bedroom mid-terrace Kendal holiday cottage for four guests, with an enclosed rear patio garden that is within easy reach of Kendal Town Centre.The property is situated on Windermere Road, a key route between Kendal and the Central Lake District, including Windermere, Crook and Ambleside. Conveniently, there is a bus stop across the road, so you can leave the car at the house and use the bus network with all fares capped at £2.00 per journey until Dec 2024.
The ground floor consists of the tiled entrance hallway leading to the carpeted open-plan living and dining area, with comfy sofas, Freeview TV and a wood-burning fire. A four-seat dining table provides a great space to enjoy a relaxed family meal, although if you don't fancy cooking, take a short stroll to the town centre, where you will find a great choice of restaurants, cafes and bars.
Off the living/dining area is the cottage-style kitchen with beautiful solid wood worktops and views of the rear patio garden and the hills beyond. The rear patio garden is accessed via the rear door from the Kitchen. There is a gate from the rear parking space for ease of access.
Also leading from the living area are the stairs leading to the first floor, where you will find the two double bedrooms, both with views to the front of the house, the modern tiled bathroom, and a small office with work desk - a great space if you need to do a little work while away.
Overall, Meadow View is a great choice for family holidays, friends to get together or even business folk working locally.

- Two double bedrooms with bedside tables and wall-mounted clothing rails. Windows overlooking the front of the property.

- Study - ideal for those who need to work while away. Desk and chair, views of the rear of the property.
