The beautifully-decorated ground floor property provides all the home comforts, including a spacious double bedroom, bathroom, open-plan kitchen, and living area.

Windermere is a popular location to holiday, primarily due to its central location within the Lakes, making it an ideal base to explore the wider Lake District National Park. The Windermere train and bus stations are within walking distance, so leave the car behind and take the scenic transport option!

There are lots to see and do locally; however, if you fancy a quiet night in, why not cosy up on the sofa in front of the log-burning fire and cook up a delicious meal?

  • Bedroom - Double bed, wall-mounted TV.
  • Bathroom - Modern with shower cubicle with electric shower, toilet and a basin with illuminated mirror above.
  • Kitchen / Living area - Open plan space with a wonderful breakfast counter, an electric induction hob, oven, SMEG washer/dryer, fridge with freezer box, and microwave. Note there is no dishwasher. The living area comprises a two-seat sofa in front of the fabulous log-burning stove.
  • Hallway - Cupboard storage for clothing, also housing the iron and ironing board.
  • Bed linen, towels and services are included in the rental price.
  • The bed is a fixed double and cannot be split into singles.
  • Travel cot and high chair not provided. Please bring these with you if required.
  • 1x Small dog is permitted.
  • Superfast internet is available.
  • There is no TV in the living room. The only TV is the wall-mounted TV in the bedroom.
  • This property does not have private parking - there is free overnight street parking. Alternatively, the nearest Pay & Display parking is Broad Street, approx 4-minute walk, where you can buy daily, 3-day or weekly parking tickets. The 3-day and weekly tickets can be used in many council-run carparks in the South Lakes.

Windermere Train Station is also conveniently located close by with links to the Westcoast Mainline between London Euston and Glasgow; you can leave the car at home and use the public transport system.
